I keep a memory journal that’s part scrapbook, part junk journal, and part photo album. I live for printed photos. Not everything should live in the cloud!

Yes, I LOVE this! ❤️ That would work well for my ADHD brain - for it to all be in one book. I’m also a huge proponent of physical planners.

I am a paper planner girl as well! I sync with my cell calendar for audio alerts, but writing it helps me remember! I actually write my “planner” things on the monthly view and jot down journal type stuff on the other pages. I needed it badly in March.

Yes! There is something about the physical act of writing it in addition to the visual aspect for me that reinforces it. We are the same!
